These terms and conditions control the mechanism of dealing between Creativo store and its customers, so these terms of use and all additional policies, if applicable, mean that you agree to all the terms and conditions provided.
The store reserves the right to modify, remove, or add to these terms, policies, and legal documents at any time. By continuing to use the store, browse, or make purchases after any changes have been made, you are indicating full acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
Order processing policy:
-Once the payment process is finalized, modifications, exchanges, or refunds for the product are not possible. Therefore, if you have any inquiries, please reach out to us through one of the provided communication channels before placing your order, and we'll be happy to assist you
- Non-modifiability includes changing the crystal shape, image, text, or design completely after payment.
-Crystals are one-of-a-kind items as they feature personalized images, thus they cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified after payment.
-Should you notice any damage to the crystal products within 24 hours of receiving them—such as scratches or breakage—you must contact our team and provide a photo of the product to verify the damage.
-Upon verification of the damage, you will receive a replacement crystal with the same design as the original order.
-Accessory products cannot be returned, but they are eligible for replacement in case of damage or defect. Within 24 hours of receiving the product, the customer must contact our team, provide a photo of the damaged product, and complete the necessary procedures. The product will be returned to verify the damage, and the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
-If the customer acknowledges damage to the accessory products, they will be returned to verify the damage. If damage is confirmed, the customer will be compensated with a new product of the same type, with the customer covering the shipping fee of 46 riyals. If no damage is found, the customer bears the shipping fee.
Shipping and delivery policy within Saudi Arabia:
-Only "SMSA Express" is the approved shipping company for Creativo store, with delivery within Saudi Arabia expected within 3-10 working days.
-Once the product is received by the customer, Creativo holds no responsibility for any subsequent damage.
-Creativo bears no responsibility for any inaccuracies in the information provided by the customer on the bill of lading before finalizing the order.
-If you anticipate being unable to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time, please liaise with SMSA Express customer service to arrange an alternative delivery date.
-Should the shipment fail to be received by the shipping company within 12 days from the date of shipment, the shipment will be returned to the store. A re-shipment fee of 58 will be charged to the customer for re-shipping the product.
-The company accepts no liability for any orders returned by the shipping company due to non-receipt by the customer after 30 days.
-Creativo disclaims responsibility for any damage to the external packaging of the shipment caused by the shipping company.

At Creativo, we believe in preserving the privacy of your photos, and therefore we inform you that those who receive and fulfill your requests are women only, and we aim to serve every woman and family who wishes to fulfill their request in complete privacy, and the use of photos will be for your business purpose only. All material on this website is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Privacy and security are our top priority as we have never shared, printed or sold any customer's information to any other party, as the files that are attached will be visible to the customer in their previous orders and cannot be removed and deleted from that party. When you provide personal information on our website, we will make every effort to protect your information both online and offline. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure once we receive it.
For example, we save your personal information on computer systems with limited access to authorized users, and our employees are trained in the safe handling of this information and data and kept up-to-date on security measures. Privacy of your account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data and password and limiting who has access to your computer or our application, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur through your account or password.
